February CIP Project Updates and Info.

What a transition in the weather over the last week! We wanted to give all stakeholders a project update.

The project has been advertised for bid with the following three bid schedules:

Schedule I – Alley CIP Improvements (Callender to Clark)
120 Consecutive Calendar Days

Schedule II – Lewis Street Improvements (1/2 block from alley to Lewis)
30 Consecutive Calendar Days

Schedule III – Alley CIP Improvements (Clark to Geyser)
60 Consecutive Calendar Days

Bids are due March 13, 2025.  We hope that all three schedules of work combined will come in under our budgeted amount but if not, we will select which schedule(s) to move forward with.

We also would like to know, as soon as possible, if any businesses or residents want any additional services stubbed to their property line – sewer, water or fire lines. If so, please let me know the type and size. We will not know the additional cost of these until the bids are received.
